All our items are custom made and personalised so we do not offer a refund or exchange if you have simply changed your mind or do not like the font. It is the buyers responsibility to make contact with us if they are unsure or would like more information on any of our products prior to ordering.

If item/s arrives damaged or contain a spelling error that was an oversight on our behalf contact is to be made within 2 days of recieving it and we will gladly replace it.

Please ensure that all spelling is correct and you're happy with the colour choice.

Also please note that there may slight variations in the names as we use a few different suppliers.  The font will be exactly the same eg Script font just different cutting and setting up techniques from our suppliers.  Which simply means that a name may be 50cm in length from supplier A then if supplier B cut the same name it may be 60cm in length.
